In the perspective of generalizing its current 2G coverage to the whole population of New Caledonia, adding an Edge layer over the current GSM/GPRS ones, building a brand new 3G network aimed at covering parts of the country and renewing its mobile core network, OPT New Caledonia has just released 2 RFPs: (1) 2G generalization, Edge addition, 3G network ; (2) renewal of core network.
