After two years of holding this side gathering at the Asia Tech X Singapore (ATxSG), the PITA Pacific–Asia Meet-Up aims to continue this extra-value opportunity for PITA members and industry partners attending the ATXSG and also for topics that needs follow up for informal space to reconnect, exchange updates, and share insights on developments shaping the Pacific and insights from the wider Asian telecommunications landscape.

This PITA Pacific–Asia Connect Meeting, are at its final stages to confirm venue at the Dorsett at Changi City, Singapore on 19 May 2026.
It will also convene a focused C-level roundtable to explore future technology directions and the emerging forces shaping connectivity.
Designed as a brainstorming session, it brings together C-level executives (CxOs) to surface priorities for the region—across evolving global ecosystems, scaling through collaboration and shared capabilities, and leveraging strengths across members and partners, while ensuring resilience, interoperability, and sustainability.
The programme will progress through:
- From Telcos to Technos
- Infrastructure & Connectivity
- Future Networks & Architectures
followed by a networking session.
Held alongside Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG 2026), the meeting also aligns with broader industry engagements, including Asia Tech, Satellite, CommunicAsia, and selected side sessions such as Singtel’s discussions on the evolution of NTN.

While this is not a main PITA flagship event, the Meet-Up complements PITA’s annual cycle of engagements at PTC in January, the PITA AGM in April, and the PITA Strategy Forum in October. It serves as an additional touchpoint to strengthen relationships, support ongoing collaboration, and create opportunities to advance solutions or close on emerging initiatives.
